ULOGA CENTRALNE BANKE KAO UČESNIKA NA TRŽIŠTU FINANSIJSKIH DERIVATA

Predmet istraživanja je analiza uloge centralnih bananka koju one imaju na tržištu finansijskih derivata i uloge Narodne banke Srbije kao posrednika na istom sa ciljem da se upotrebom derivatnih instrumenata omogući efikasna zaštita od valutnog rizika. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na osnovu metode analize i sinteze dostupnih podataka na tržištu Republike Srbije. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da domaće tržište finansijskih derivata nije dovoljno razvijeno. Njihova upotreba je u prethodnom periodu bila na niskom nivou. Primetni su određeni pomaci u razvoju terminskog tržišta, te je jedan od koraka zaključen bilateralni svop aranžman između Narodne banke Srbije sa Narodnom bankom Kine. Kako bi se unapredilo sekundarno tržište neophodan je razvoj pravne regulative, rast i razvoj zaključenih derivatnih aranžmana sa drugim državama, kao i edukovanje i podizanje svesti o korisnosti upotrebe derivatnih instrumenata.
