Managing public finances is faced with significant problems, especially where health insurance contributions are the dominant financing mechanisms. A large number of countries around the world have encountered certain problems in the functioning and financing of military health insurance systems. Very often there are many more demands than material possibilities. Many of them are looking for the best solutions, because health insurance reform is one of the priorities, both the state and the military, on the path of general transformation.
