STRUCTURE OF THE EXPENSES FOR FINANCING THE DEFENSE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

The role and place of the state and its organs and institutions in the financing of the defense system is characterized by compromise conflict resolution: to achieve the defined goal with minimal financial investment. The cause of such a discrepancy is, above all, in the various possibilities of need growth required by the defense function of the state and its limited material and financial capabilities. However, the government of each state is obliged, on the one hand, to consider the economic situation of the country and, on the other hand, to provide a stable defense system, efficiently using limited resources.
