PUBLIC DEBT FROM THE ASPECT OF FINANCING THE ARMY OF SERBIA

The conditions of a modern economy in which countries face increasing spending are the result of a large number of wrong organizational measures or political decisions. Strengthening state intervention is conditioned by deficit financing, which contributes to double the faster growth of public debt than the overall growth of money supply and investments. The defense component, as part of the public sector, is characterized by the complexity of the work that everyday business managers encounter, trying to find the best solutions to the problem of financing the organization. Fundraising for financing is crucial for the functioning and sustainability of the system, and hence the need to show the characteristics of borrowing in this paper as one of the ways.
