NON-FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF BUISINESS AS FACTORS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

In conditions of rapid business change, globalization and the global economic crisis, all companies, including commercial and entrepreneurial activities, are obliged to follow the more frequent changes in the market to keep up them and constantly move forward.
In conditions of high load SMEs taxes and fees, the unstable exchange rate, inflation, the dumping of foreign competition in the market and in particular a pronounced enlargement of the market to the disadvantage of smaller companies - a constant analysis of business performance has become a priority for a given business entity and the separation factor of successful from failures. A guarantee of business survival and business success is an entrepreneurial activity of proper analysis and market segmentation, successfully organized the procurement process, a properly implemented policy of human resources through constant learning and growth, the implementation of the principles of customer relationship management and total quality management in daily practice. In this paper, these aspects are presented together with the results of the survey.
